The listed terms of service (the "Terms") set out by the terms and conditions by which Wayward Warriors (also known as "Wayward" or "Staff") offers you (the "Player") access to our servers, Discord, and any other space in which the Wayward Warriors name encompasses. By using any of the aforementioned services, you are agreeing to our terms, and constitutes an agreement between you and Wayward.

1) Refunds

Unless overruled by the staff of Wayward, all purchases are final and no refunds will be offered. Extenuating circumstances may offer you eligibility to discuss a refund with Staff, however, we reserve the right to make all final decisions regarding the matter. 

1.1) Chargebacks will result in a permanent ban from the server and Discord until the chargeback is reversed. Do not use payment methods that you are not the owner of.

1.2) Being permanently banned from Wayward does not allow you to become eligible for a refund. Permanent bans are handed out only for Players who breach our rules and will not entitle you to any form of compensation.

2) Premium

Staff reserves the right to make all final decisions regarding rule enforcement and moderation regarding Premium features. You will not receive compensation or refunds for any loss due to the enforcement of these Terms. 

2.1) Name colors may not be too dark to the point of being nearly black. Dark colors are allowed, however, Staff reserves the right to make all final decisions regarding the matter. Repeated breaking of this rule may cause you to lose access to your Premium rank without eligibility for a refund.

2.2) Custom messages such as AFK and Join messages are subject to the same rules as the rest of the server. Staff reserves the right to decide if a custom message is inappropriate. Repeated breaking of this rule may cause you to lose access to your Premium rank without eligibility for a refund.

3) Rights

You agree to be bound by our community rules and any laws which may apply to this website and your participation.

3.1) The website administration have the right to terminate your account at any time, delete any content you may have posted, and your IP address and any data you input to the website is recorded to assist the site staff with their moderation duties.

3.2) The site administration have the right to change these terms and conditions, and any site rules, at any point without warning. Whilst you may be informed of any changes, it is your responsibility to check these terms and the rules at any point.
